Growth and development have always played a crucial role in both my professional and personal life.
I call myself an IT Girl - mathematics, computers, and machines have always been close to my heart. With nearly 20 years of experience in IT, holding various positions, I have now chosen to leverage my expertise, capabilities, and skills in a new way: helping others grow and develop.
Throughout my leadership journey, I have focused on creating an environment where employees feel inspired, supported, and motivated to grow. Seeing their progress has always been the most rewarding part of my career.
That’s why I became a coach and mentor—to help others unlock their potential, overcome barriers, navigate challenges, drive transformation, and strengthen their values. In my coaching practice, I am dedicated to creating a space where individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered to focus on their personal and professional growth. As an IT girl, I am especially focused on supporting other women and girls like myself—those who are strongly connected to Tech, IT, and AI shaping the future.
